Many skilled hairdressers or stylists fail the interview only because their CVs d0 not speak for them. Their skills are not tactfully displayed in the CVs.
The perfect CV needs to have the following qualities:
It needs to be impressive before it is read
It must to stand out when stacked in a pile
Page layout has to be easy on the eye
Page design must be impressive but not flash
It will immediately shout out your strengths & USP's
Give enough info but leave them wanting more
It must burn and stick in the memory of the reader
It must achieve all the above from a single page!

An interviewer only wants pertinent facts and usually has to read through 4 or 5 pages of trivia to find them. The Savvy Job hunter knows how to present the facts that matter to the interviewer and make them relevant and memorable. If someone follows the instructions he will be in with a far better chance than most of his competitors providing that his trade skills meet requirements.
