hi everybody,

I'm new to this forum and would really appreciate some advice.
i'm 15 years old and am currently doing one day at college studying level 1 nvq (hairdressing) and one day a week in a salon.

when i leave school next year at 16 im not sure what to do, is it best to carry on studying at college until im 18 or work in a salon and no college? Or a mixture or the two (salon and college).

thanks in advance for all advice given

most people would probably say do it through a salon which is better cos it gives you salon experience aswell as trainin. I did my level 1, 2 an 3 in college an 4 months after doin my level 3 i became a manager. I did have alot of trainin when i started in my salon to get me to a better standard with new techniques an stuff. Just do wat ever you think will benefit you more
