Hello experts. I really need some advice! I'm having a bad hair day everyday! I moved to Hong Kong last month (I'm here for 3 months). The water here is very very soft which is good for my skin but not my hair!

It's left my usually shiney hair, dull & limp as if I've added too much conditioner and not rinsed it properly! Now I've tried a few things to try & sort it out.... rinsing my hair in boiled (left to cool down) water, not using conditioner (you don't need it here), trying different shampoos, doing a vinegar rinse, not washing it too often & even tried the lush shampoo bar for soft water (cr*ppest shampoo ever) etc. But it still looks cr*p! The roots are the worst. I think it maybe due to build up as well now as I've been using a lot of hair spray, dry shampoo etc. All I can do is scrape it back into a ponytail, because I can't wear it down.

What can I do until I find a decent hairdresser here? There are loads, but I'm trying to find one where the language barrier will not be a problem. In the mean time I am looking for a clarifying shampoo to get rid of this build up!! But haven't found one yet.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I want the shine & bounce back  Thanks.
