Hi

I have just started college and we have been recommended to buy a book to supplement our learning - I am an absolute beginner so doing NVQ level 1 - there seems to be so many books out there I just don't know which is the best - Can anyone recommend the most suitable book/author.

Also I am very nervous about the exam, does anyone know where I could see some example of what will be asked? possible a past exam?

Thanks
Joanne

S/NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing is the book i used for my level 1 and 2. thats the one i was recommended to use from college... its a really good book for both theory and practical and has got a good cross section of the skin which appears in more exams so would be good for that.

Hi Joanne, my daughter started the exact same course, and found these sites helpful, especially the DVD's.

Here are 2 sites,. One for a book, and the other for dvd's.

Really helpfull DVD's - http://tinyurl.com/ygtv68y
