Hello,

As some one who is just starting out as a hairdresser, Would you be willing to pay 250 pounds for a pair of high quality Japanese scissors?

If not, do you think its a good idea to be paying 35 pounds per month and buy it on a contract? (Servicing also available)

When I was just starting out, no, I dropped them all the time! I did buy a pair for 120 when I qualified though, they lasted about 4 years. My newest pair were 220 Miraki ones and are awesome. I've had them 4 years so far and haven't needed to be sharpened yet.
I think buying them on a contract is a great idea, I always get people to give me money for my birthday/christmas when I need a new pair!

Is this something you are offering, or considering buying some yourself?
