Can anyone give me some advice? A friend of mine has bleached her hair all over with a Schwarzkof xxl product, she doesn't want to use it again, what is the best salon product to do her roots with ?

She is about a 3 base. It is quite a patchy blonde, some places it is throwing back yellow, looks pretty bad! Her roots are about an inch long. She needs about 3 inches cut off at least. The current colour is quite an ashy blonde. I'm quite loathe to do it, but she is desperate to get it done asap.
