I've been asked to organise some photoshoots for a friend who thinks i'm creative but i'm obviously not because i can't think of anything that hasn't been done a million times before.

Where do people could get inspiration for a photo shoot ?

thx

Hallo carehair,
maybe I can help, i am a photographer, I would start by asking
the person who you are taking the photo's for lots of questions, such as,
who are the photo's for ? what message is he/ she is trying to put across ?
what are there purpoise/function,  what resources are available to you( think big, aim high) ? have you seen the photo shoots that your client has used before ? what did they like/dislike about them ? your client obviously has confidennce in you, dont put yourself down, find out what they like about your style? look to build up a theme, I often find if I just absorb myself in the creative process the ideas just follow, the mind is naturally creative if you just feed in the right questions, the answers will come, and once you have a little momentum, see what other people in that field have done and borrow there better ideas, magazines and the internet are great resources for ideas, if I can help with ideas just ask and welcome to the forum carehair
