Good news Southend pier is to re-open tomorrow, although numbers will be limited to 48, I really hope the pier will have full access as soon as possible, with a world wide web cam on http://www.southend.gov.uk

Although this would still allow access for my local salon http://www.headhuntershairsalon.co.uk who I have asked to do a 'surreal' haircut on Southend pier as a promotional picture, in return for a website, such fine people, and a worldwide webcam there as well, very cool

Will have to contact the pier soon, to see if its goin to be possible to complete fluffython on there before the world cup finals 2006

Well there are certainly a lot of important lessons to be learnt by the fire, but as chance to totally restructure the function of the pier and create attractions that will draw vistors worldwide, this is a golden oppertunity
