A day in Southend
As it would not take long to capture this breathtaking
moment in history, I have had a look around Southend at some
of the places a visitor may choose to go. There are a wide range and
varied selection of restaurants,
cafes, pubs, sports and leisure
facilities, casinos, cinemas,
theatres, museum, bingo, a planetariun, galleries, bowling
alleys, swimming pools, snooker
clubs, boat trips, golf, fishing,
horse riding, a golden mile full
of amusements and arcades,
souvenir shops, live music, a
thriving club scene and a
themed amusement park, a football team, a large shopping precinct. But to me the most valuable resource of any community has to be its people.
There have been many times I have heard the words " you
must see some sights as a window cleaner" and this has
lead me to the idea of a W.O.W. calender dedicated to the wicked womem of Wol.........on- -sea with a storyline based
upon having a cup of tea.
